National ICT rules out CSIRO merger

[1] The resignation of Hugh Durrant-Whyte’s has surprised the IT, science and education industries last Friday.

[2] His resignation happened after the revelation that he strongly disagree with the NICTA board future funding models.

[3] The organization is funded by the government and under Professor Durrant-Whyte’s leadership; they were supporting about 300 PhD students.
