[1] Centrify, a unified identity management firm, has released a new app gateway that allows users to remotely access internal web applications without using a virtual private network (VPN).
[2] The app gateway will be showcased at the Gartner Identity & Access Management (IAM) Summit 2014 in Los Angeles for first public demonstration.
[3] This technology will curb the significant level of risk that is experienced with network access through use of VPNs.
