Change of government in Victoria throws digital state up in the air

[1] Gordon Rich-Phillips is no longer Victoria’s IT minister after he lost Saturday’s election.

[2] With his departure, the state’s digital innovation and technology matters would be due for a major overhaul.

[3] At this point, it’s still unlikely whether the succeeding government will follow on the former’s strong advocacy for digital innovation.
