GreenTouch launched two innovation technologies

[1] GreenTouch, a global data energy efficiency consortium, wants to move Australians home network to cloud after launching two new innovation technologies.

[2] The inventions from Melbourne aims to saving energy consumption in wireless access networks by almost half.

[3] The innovations are Virtual Home Gateway, which will aim to shift residential in-home networking to the cloud, and New Point-to-Point Optical Transceiver, a complete hardware redesign.
