High-tech stalking the new front in domestic violence

[1] Smartphones are now used to stalk and harass women in Australia and even used to hack personal Facebook accounts and emails.

[2] According to the Domestic Violence Resource Centre Victoria, 80 per cent of domestic violence that happened last year is because of smartphones and social media.

[3] The best way to avoid incidence is to lock the phone with a code, turn off the GPS and the bluetooth on your phone when not in use.
