Separating Fact from Fiction in the TPP

[1] To be held in Australia, trade ministers from 12 nations will be tackling the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade agreement this weekend.

[2] Among the issues to be discussed is Intellectual Property (IP) will have a good impact on the nations’ economic growth and engagement.

[3] Based on the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation’s report, Ensuring the Trans-Pacific Partnership Becomes a Gold Standard Trade Agreement, the TPP will only be effectual if a substantial IP structure is formulated in the said agreement.
