[1] The Northern Territory State has launched a new centralized portal, dubbed iCentre, that will manage all its IT services and infrastructure.
[2] The new iCentre will allow Australians to report problems and get self help tools in one centralized portal.
[3] The iCentre will allow the IT team to manage systems configurations, applications, and bandwidth consumption, among others in over 240 locations.
