Australian drone startup Flirtey beats Amazon and Google in home delivery race

[1] Last July, Australian drone startup Flirtey has collaborated with convenience store chain, 7-Eleven, making home deliveries easier and faster.

[2] Now, the startup has beaten Amazon and Google through its collaboration with government regulators that ensured their early approval for test runs.

[3] Flirtey co-founder and CEO Matt Sweeney anticipates drone deliveries will be done regularly within a year.
